Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95) – Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping – Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently ship worldwide with the exception of some Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Oliver Spencer purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, our returns process is simple and straightforward.

Returns Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage
  • In the original packaging

Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Underwear and Socks unless they are faulty or not as described.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your Oliver Spencer purchase:

  2. Wait for approval: We’ll respond within 1 business day with return authorization and instructions
  3. Package your return: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags attached
  4. Ship your return: Send the package to our returns address using a tracked shipping method
  5. Receive confirmation: We’ll email you once we’ve processed your return

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  • Follow the same return process outlined above
  • Clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  • If the replacement item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If it’s less expensive, we’ll refund the difference

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
