Returns Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for return, items must be:
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage
- In the original packaging
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Underwear and Socks unless they are faulty or not as described.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return your Oliver Spencer purchase:
- Initiate your return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request using the template below.
- Wait for approval: We’ll respond within 1 business day with return authorization and instructions.
- Package your return: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship your return: Send the package to our returns address (provided in your authorization email) using a tracked shipping method.
- Receive confirmation: We’ll email you once we’ve processed your return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Exchange Process
To exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
- If the replacement item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it’s less expensive, we’ll refund the difference
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

International Returns: Please note that we cannot refund any customs duties or import taxes paid on your original order. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
